First visit for cronic, acute back pain. Dr. Oliver was able to determine the root cause of the pain which, I must say, other doctors I’ve seen hadn’t even attempted to find.

I have spondylolesthesis (a forward shifting of a vertebrae) which allows diminished mobility and flexibility because of the level of constant pain. Yes, the shift caused discs to rupture and touch a nerve. The nerve (being only the transmitting link to the brain for feeling) however, goes to something else telling the nerve what to feel.

That “something else” is the CAUSE of the pain. In my case, it is a specific muscle attached to the spine.

I originally found Dr. Oliver when I was looking for someone to help me with ongoing foot issues. As a marching band director I had been referred to a podiatrist and told that I might be looking at surgery. I wasn’t convinced and wanted to try dealing with any underlying issues first so I went looking for a chiropractor who was also a physical therapist. I was convinced that spinal alignment was part of the issue and that the podiatrist would send me to PT first.

When I met with Dr. Oliver and he evaluated my issue he was very honest that he had not treated this particular issue before and that he was willing to work through a course of treatment to get my hip issues straightened out and work on my feet at the same time and see what we could do. That course of treatment was successful and I went on my merry way very happy to have avoided surgery.

Three years later I’m back and addressing a different set of issues that I have been ignoring for a long time. By the time I got to Dr. Oliver I was in so much pain that I was struggling to do my job. Dr. Oliver not only evaluated my structural condition but my overall nutrition and health. He laid out a plan for treatment that addressed not just the underlying structural issues but also helped me to identify the nutritional issues and other health issues that I need to be addressing. We’re well into my treatment plan and I can honestly say that I feel better than I have in years. I’m committed to doing what I need to to feel better and so thankful to find Dr. Oliver and his staff!

Dr. Oliver prescribed a plan for me that has COMPLETELY worked and made all pain disappear. What sets him apart from others is that he also made a path to solve the underlying problem that caused the pain in the first place. His employees who take me through all the exercises are simply OUTSTANDING in manners and professionalism. I call them ‘my angels’.

I would recommend coming here! I have had headaches for over a decade. I would go to doctor after doctor and explain to them that I don’t simply want pills thrown at the problem. I never felt listened to. I didn’t feel like these doctors were on my side. They never seemed to want to help me find the problem, instead they just wanted to help me manage the symptoms. Over a month ago, I was referred to Dr. Oliver by a friend. One thing I liked right away is that Dr. Oliver made me no promises but instead stated the possibilities based on past patient results. After the consultation X-rays were taken to determine the scope of my problem and the extent of my treatment. To date after 4 weeks of treatment I am no longer suffering from chronic low back pain and my quality of life has significantly increased. Dr. Oliver and staff are very professional and obviously care about their patients. I first arrived with a debilitating pinched nerve in my neck, and they made room for me the next day. The initial treatment, including the cold laser, gave me 90% relief by day 2! At my second appointment Dr. Oliver spent a lot of time with me reviewing my xrays and my condition, explaining why I was hurting and what he recommended my treatment should be. I signed up for ongoing treatments to help restore the curve in my neck. I am still in that process, and my neck has not had a pinched nerve in it since. It has been a couple of months now. I am grateful to the entire staff for their care and concern. They operate as a well-oiled machine and are extremely kind and helpful. I highly recommend them!

I am so thankful to Dr. Oliver and his wonderful staff for the lifegiving care I have received at Comprehensive Chiropractic. I was referred to Dr. Oliver by my PC physician as she believed that issues with my neck were contributing to a host of problems including neck stiffness and immobility, problems with sinus drainage, headache, and difficulty sleeping. After a simple, but careful screening, Dr. Oliver helped me to set goals for my healing, and within a couple visits, I was already seeing results. It is very important to me to work with practitioners who can help me discover and treat the root causes of my dis-ease, and this is exactly what Dr. Oliver helped me to do. My headaches and sinus issues are gone, and my sleep has greatly improved which has been key to improving my health all around and regulating my nervous system. This place is wonderful! The staff are just amazing! They greet me by name every time I come in, and you can tell that they enjoy their jobs aren’t just there for a paycheck. They are very helpful and patient, and they genuinely smile when they work with you. Also, the place is really clean and welcoming. Dr. Oliver is great as well! He’s very knowledgeable and personable. He has a great bedside manner and worked with me to customize a treatment plan that was tailored to me and my issues. All in all, this is a great place, and I highly recommend them!

BEST CHIRO / PHYSICAL THERAPIST I’ve ever been to!!! And I mean that! I have been seeing Chiropractors for over 40 years with neck and back issues. I had severe chronic pain in the right side of my neck that would be so debilitating I couldn’t even turn my head. I’d see a Chiro – get it adjusted only to have to return two days later for another “fix”.

Then I was referred to Dr. Oliver by my Primary Care Physician for IT Band pain (left hip down the leg). After the initial evaluation, he talked to me about the treatment and what to expect. After a few weeks of this treatment by him and his AMAZING staff of therapists, I was able to start lifting weights in the gym again and resume my regular strength training workouts!
I also talked to Dr. Oliver about my chronic neck pain and my frequent lower back pain. After completing a long questionnaire and x-rays, my treatment plan began. The treatment plan involved a nutritional consultation, a detox/cleanse and many new PT techniques to re-align my spine and straighten the very obvious curve in my neck. These exercises have also increased strength in my neck muscles and helped improve my posture significantly. The pain is now GONE!!! When I have a flare, it’s usually because of my diet and I have learned what to avoid.

I am now on a maintenance schedule with Dr. Oliver and his wonderful staff twice a month. I enjoy the happy and friendly atmosphere of his office and brag about him with everyone who needs Chiropractic care.

Dr. Oliver and his team at Comprehensive Chiropractic and Physical Therapy are so awesome!! I have nothing but great things to say about him and his staff. He has helped me in my recovery with my sciatic nerve pain and the reshaping of my spine and has me feeling great again. The staff is wonderful and super helpful and very friendly. They take the time to ask how are you doing and will answer any and all questions you may have. First visit. So far so good. Dr was very direct on what he could to and could not do. Told him my main concern was cost, he said he understood and could work with me. Front desk staff very friendly. Took me on a brief tour, offered water and was concerned of my needs. For a first visit I would say it was a excellent experience.

I thoroughly have enjoyed my experience at Comprehensive Chiropractic! They are extremely flexible with times which is helpful with my schedule. I have 3x a week visits and normally at any other facility it would be difficult to attend, however it is made simple. The front desk staff is super friendly and efficient! Dr. Oliver is knowledgeable and educates his patients through the healing journey.

Dr. Oliver and his staff have been extraordinary! They genuinely care about everyone that walks through their door and they treat everyone as family. I have only been going to him for about a month and I can already feel the benefits of his care. Dr. Oliver is very knowledgeable and has earned my trust to repair my broken down body. Dr. Oliver is one of the top two doctors I have ever visited with. Today was my first visit at his clinic and all I can say is WOW!! The office and Dr. Oliver really take the time to explain everything to you and make sure to maintain communication amongst each other. So I want to brag about Dr. Charles Oliver and his gang of merry men and women. They are an incredibly competent, genial and efficient organization. They are usually crowded. (Because they are good) but they make you feel like you are their most important client. My lower back was hurting so my primary doctor highly recommended Dr. Charles Oliver. After just a few visits using a few machines and the doc’s magic adjustments I am feeling much better.

Let me just tell you about the best medical experience I have ever had. I went to Dr. Oliver for a specific problem after a failed attempt at chiropractic care in another office. He and his staff listened to me and offered me treatment plans to improve not only my back but my overall health. I didn’t know how bad I’d been feeling until I began to feel better! They take great lengths to offer personalized care and really get to know their patients. I would highly recommend this office, Dr. Oliver and his staff for any ailments you may be having.

I highly recommend this office! I started seeing Dr. Oliver after a car accident and I have never experienced a chiropractor who did more than a simple adjustment. Dr. Oliver incorporates stretching and other treatments in addition to the adjustment with each session. He takes the time to build a specialized treatment plan for each of his patients. It has been so helpful. I am also very impressed with his staff. They are super efficient, personable, and a joy to see with each visit.

If I could give Dr. Charles Oliver and his staff more than 5 stars I definitely would! Dr. Oliver and his awesome staff are always welcoming, courteous and professional. I went to see Dr. Oliver for my poor posture, neck and back pain I’ve had for years. The treatment plan he has put in place for me has helped me tremendously. My pain has decreased and I can now sleep without pain.

Thank You so much to Dr. Charlie Oliver & staff for getting me walking again. I appreciated the one on one time with Dr. Oliver to develop a plan specifically formulated to help my specific needs. I literally hobbled into his office two days ago in excruciating pain that I felt was going to affect my ability to continue to work as a massage therapist. After he took some X-rays and did an extensive physical evaluation and evaluated my X-rays he sat down and spoke candidly with me and devised a plan for me to get me back on track and on the road to recovery without surgery. He took me aside and provided me with a treatment that very same day because he couldn’t bear to see me hobble out of his door. He wasn’t looking for a way to mask my pain but, to find the source of my pain and correct it.

When I first met Dr. Oliver, I was suffering from sharp pain that traveled down my arms from my neck. After a diagnosis and commitment to try to get better, I began a full regimen of exercise and adjustments. I found the information about the seriousness of my condition very informative and encouraging. Dr. Oliver not only explained the treatments that were going to take place, but gave me the opportunity to ask questions without pressure.  It wasn’t long after the meeting and a scheduled plan of treatment that I had my first visit with Dr. Charles Oliver.  I have become a believer that with a commitment to doing the prescribed exercises and getting regular adjustments, that you can reverse your back pain and feel normal again. After some weeks of treatment, I can honestly state that the pain is gone from my neck to my shoulders. I have also noticed that my sitting posture is less cumbersome and my overall bodily flexibility has improved by 100%. Everyone assisting the doctor does a great job with stretching and massage. I have been at Comprehensive Chiropractic for about 1 month. It has been a great experience. Dr. Oliver is wonderful and very thorough in assessing the problem, developing a treatment plan and executing the plan. He evaluates and re-evaluates to make sure each patient is progressing and pain is going away. The staff is kind and courteous and go above and beyond to make very visit smooth and productive. I originally visited Integrative Medical for issues I was having with my back. After 3 sessions I felt the staff was just throwing me on a massage bed and had me do silly excericises similar to what I did in elementary school for stretches. I had explained my issues to a friend and she recommended me to try out Dr. Oliver. From the minute I walked in Dr. Oliver’s Office, I felt the staff seemed more professional. Dr. Oliver had up to date X-ray equipment that was more detailed oriented. He explained and showed more details to what was my problem with my back than what I got from Integrative Medical. Dr. Oliver would pop my neck and back into place, had me do more challenging excersises that actually strengthened my back, and had more state of the art equipment to treat people with. Needless to say, I left Integrative Medical to continue and complete my 30 sessions with Dr. Oliver. I felt more welcomed as well as more confident in what I was getting from Dr. Oliver than Integrative Medical. I would reccommend Dr. Oliver to any of my personal friends and family.

I have had chronic headaches and neck pain since early childhood. I have been to 6 chiropractor’s in my life. Some gave me temporary relief of pain but they never took care of the underlying problem. In 2016, I learned about Dr. Oliver who is a Physical Therapist & a Chiropractor. I started going to see him and through his complete and thorough approach he is changing the curves in my spine. I rarely have a headache and only periodic neck pain when I haven’t done the exercises he taught me. I feel empowered that I can now do something to help myself! I was referred to Dr. Oliver after a neck injury. I had never endured such pain to my neck to where I couldn’t lift a grocery bag. NO matter what my posture was (sitting, standing, laying down), I was in lots of pain. When I called I was concerned they wouldn’t have time to fit me in. Once I explained my situation and pain they had me wait a day for swelling to go down then to come in the next day. I could tell that he “fit” me in cause he was very busy. He still took the time to give me a full evaluation, The staff was amazing and friendly too, Even though I was in pain they could still make you smile. After a week of following Dr. Oliver’s instructions, I was back to normal! I would refer him to any one!!! Thank you Dr. Oliver and Staff
